**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

**Team Coordination and Supervision**:Provide guidance and supervision to operational teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the operations team to achieve collective goals efficiently.

**Process Improvement**:Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows, proposing and implementing innovative solutions for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize operational procedures and optimize workflow efficiency.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:Analyze operational data and generate reports to provide insights into operational performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes and procedures.

**Quality Assurance**:Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in all operational processes.
Conduct periodic audits to maintain and improve the quality of operational deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1 year) in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the technology or communication industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate across teams effectively.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
