Marketing Executive

Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to promote F&B brand and products, enhance brand visibility and support sales & marketing objectives
- Carry out the successful implementation of tactical marketing communications campaigns (advertising and promotion) to promote brand through both offline and online channels.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media that enhances the branding of respective F&B outlets.
- Crafting and executing video content (Reels) that effectively communicates the brand message, and showcase the value proposition of our events, services and offerings.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) by creating and scheduling compelling content aligned with the brand voice and objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of event marketing plans, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events as well as coordinating with internal and external parties on marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, using analytics tools to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and track customer feedback, engage with followers and actively participate in relevant industry conversations to build brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends and sales data to generate performance metrics and provide trend analysis for decision-making and improvement proposals.
- Responsible in planning and executing photoshoots & videoshoots.
- Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks, website etc. related to marketing.

**Position Requirements**
- At least 1-2 years working experience in relevant field.
- Strong command in both spoken & written English.
- Proficient in Social Media and relevant apps for content creation.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Creative, with keen eye for details and aesthetics.
- Good analytical skills for the interpretation of data and metrics.
- Familiar with Meta and experience in running digital ads will be added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
