Take the helm as the visionary Architect of Brand Strategy, shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing long-term goals. Utilize your expertise in branding management to ensure a consistent and impactful brand representation, driving awareness, acquisition, and customer retention for our academy platform. Simultaneously, lead the launch of versatile go-to brand marketing strategies, propelling to new heights within the training platform. **Key responsibilities**
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products or services.
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
- Managing and measure the budget for advertising ,marketing campaign costs and promotional items.
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
- Competitor and customer insights analysis carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, Creative Content team, Social Media Team and Copy Writing Team.
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
- Provide tools and materials to enable dealers to function effectively.
- Manage and refine the organisation’s social media presence.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
- Negotiate with celebritis, media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials.
- Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments.
- Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
**Key requirements**
- At least 10 - 15 years experience.
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, encompassing style guides, brand guidelines, and long-term vision.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective marketing strategies for both the organization and new/existing products/services.
- Expertise in planning and executing communication and media actions across various channels, with a focus on online and social media platforms.
- Strong budget management skills, including the ability to measure and optimize advertising, marketing campaign costs, and promotional items.
- Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns across diverse platforms (print, broadcast, online) to meet customer expectations and enhance brand credibility.
- Proficient in competitor and customer insights analysis, conducting market research to stay updated on trends and anticipate future shifts.
- Familiarity with assisting in product development, pricing, and launching new products, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Leadership skills to guide day-to-day activities of marketing, Creative Content, Social Media, and Copy Writing teams.
- Adaptive mindset for continually reviewing market changes, consumer trends, and competitor activities to make necessary adjustments to the marketing plan.
- Ability to provide tools and materials to support dealers in effective functioning.
- Proven track record in managing and refining an organization's social media presence.
- Experience in reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs.
Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
