Responsibilities:
1) Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound of inventory such as:

- Managing and tally incoming stock according with relevant documents.
- Data processing of incoming stock into system accurately.
- Generate DO and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly.
- Handling on virtual goods (i.e. software license) delivery.
2) Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow such as:

- Procurement Team: Handling stock discrepancies and resolve issue efficiently. Alignment of product warranty.
- Sales Team: Stock movement and stock usage.
3) Arrangement of order fulfillment schedule for in-house drivers.
4) Generate and maintain logistic-related reports in an orderly manner.
5) Perform other administrative tasks assigned such as filing.
