Machinery Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the maintenance and operation of machinery in a construction capacity.

2. Oversee construction crews, ensuring that proper maintenance is performed on equipment.

3. Serve as a communications liaison between the ground-level work of a company and the higher management executives.

4. Monitor the production process and the flow of materials, and ensure that the products meet the requirements.

5. Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.

6. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules.

7. Have a great eye for detail.

8. Must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing etc.

9. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.

10. Inspect and maintain building systems.

11. Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.

12. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.

13. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

14. Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.

15. Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)

16. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.

17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

18. Diploma and/or Degree from a vocational school will be added an advantage.

19. Professional Certifications (e.g. Plant & Machinery) are preferred

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
