Job Description:
- Update Daily Bank Book, Plan & Control daily/weekly payments by scheduling payment out effectively by considering company cash flow, funding & budget
- Handling petty cash by ensuring petty cash form was fill with correct description, receipt is collected, balance was tally & update in petty cash list
- Update payable masterlist (supplier, fixed payment, others) & keeping track of all outstanding payments and expenditures
- Prepare payment voucher in timely manner with correct description, account code in MYOB & complete supporting documents
- Liaise and make arrangement with third party (comp secretary, auditor, tax agent, banker, supplier, vendor) for accounts & finance matters
- Provide and interpret weekly financial report status and planning - (cash flow status)
- Prepare Monthly P&L in timely manner with correct & actual info
- Prepare full set of account
- Assist external tax agent for director personal tax documentation and submission
- Prepare Monthly/yearly budget & cash flow projection for department and company
- Monitor department/company budget including cost of sales and expenses out also sharing the info with team for cost control
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
- Ensure all the accounting records are being recorded, properly updated and Filling accordingly
Requirements:
- below 35 years old
- Male (preferred)
- At least 3year of accounting experienced
- have transportation
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
