- Coordinate buying, promotional & merchandising activities and follow through with timely deliveries.
- Involve in decision making to select the best suppliers based on price, quality, distribution cost and other factors.
- To negotiate with local and international suppliers on price, quantity, quality, and trading terms to meet the company's objective.
- Compile the information from all stores to recognize and analyze the future trends customer purchasing behavior and buying patterns.
- To monitor suppliers' delivery performance.
- To ensure the optimum stock level for all stores are maintained.
- To keep abreast of competition, product price and trends, and provide feedback to the Management.
- Work closely with potential suppliers to determine the best deals for the company.
- Maintain good relationship with existing suppliers while seeking new ones.
