Manage the output and production team members. A team player with focus and willing to learn as well as meeting planned production schedules with efficiency in trouble shooting, establish CAPA, competent in ensuring minimized downtime for production. QUALIFICATION SPM/DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATE Factory Production or Technical working experience. Good communications skills with analytical and problem solving focus. SKILLS - Planning and implementing - Analytical - Communications/Interpersonal - Troubleshooting & Quality Control - Problem solving focus REQUIREMENTS A Team player for troubleshooting production line. o Assist Senior Manager in planning and measuring efficiency for production and quality control o Establish qualitative and quantitative objectives. o Provide work direction and coaching support to production team members. o Production shift work is required.
