Hiring for our subsidiary company Perfect Host Sdn Bhd, a Homestay / Airbnb short term rental property management. We are looking for a Owner Representative Executive with below criteria:
As an Owner Representative Executive, He/She play a crucial role in fostering seamless communication with our current clients across all Perfect Host properties on a daily basis. Additionally, He/She is responsible for handling relevant administrative duties and paperwork with efficiency and accuracy.

1. Maintain and cultivate existing and new customer relationships by building trust and fostering long-term connections.
3. Provide accurate and timely information to individual clients regarding project performance, benefits of partnering with Perfect Host, and other services.
4. Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues in the same department, other departments, and business partners.
6. Draft and send out owner income reports, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required by the Business Development Senior Executive.
7. Assist the Business Development Senior Executive and Director of Business Development in organizing meetings, both physical and virtual, including issuing calendar invitations, maintaining attendance records, and distributing meeting minutes to individual clients when needed.
8. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documentation.
9. Investigate and resolve individual client concerns, issues, or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
10. Escalate unresolved concerns, issues, or complaints to the Business Development Senior Executive as needed.
11. Organize and distribute messages to relevant parties/departments.
12. Maintain accurate records of individual client information (Master Listing, Personal Information, etc.) in the shared drive provided internally within the Division.
13. Maintain confidential department files/records.
14. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Business Development Senior Executive.
15. Support continuous improvement initiatives to facilitate the future growth of the business.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
