**Accounts Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overall accounting administration, including daily AP & AR data entry.
- Handle payments, prepare and file payment vouchers, and maintain necessary records.
- Manage and update daily petty cash usage and reconcile intercompany transactions.

**Admin Responsibilities**:

- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate the logistic related task and documentations.
- Assist and handle payroll related task and HR administrative.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 -3 years of related working experience.
- Minimum diploma graduate in Business management, Accounting or any relevant.
- Able to communicate with Chinese to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- HR: 2 years (preferred)
- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)
- Logistic coordination: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
