**A day in the life of...**- Familiar with electrical safety requirements.
- Understand softlogic control with PLC especially Allen-Bradley.
- Familiar with process control system.
- Preferably to be with PC literate.
- PC literate and able to operate PC Programming terminal.
- Understand basic pneumatic/electronic instrumentation.
- To execute preventive/ routine maintenance, improvement and investment works.
- To attend breakdowns and rectify in the shortest possible time.
- To troubleshoot, maintain and modify hard wire control circuit.
- To operate, troubleshoot, maintain and overhaul substation equipment, electrical devices such as DC/AC motors, drives, control devices, lighting, chargers, etc.
- To troubleshoot, and maintain PLC hardware, software and PC based operator interface.
- To troubleshoot and maintain filling and packing equipment electrical system.
- To troubleshoot and repair pneumatic/electronics instrumentation system.
- To read and understand equipment instruction manuals.
- Oversee jobs by junior electricians/contractors.
- Able to produce electrical wiring diagrams and component specification.
- To be responsible for all electrical safety aspect including substation.
- To perform any task as assigned by First Line Manager.
- Understand basic electrical theory and principles and hard wire control.
- As and when is necessary to assist in simple mechanical jobs.
- To guide and train junior electricians.

**What will make you successful**
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Background
- Prior experience in food manufacturing area by maintaining GMP, HACCP, QMS and Processes
- Experience in Manufacturing area
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Chargeman certificate of AO/A4
