**Entity and activity description**
Air Liquide Procurement Department is evolving and strengthening its team in Asia Pacific with the aim to build and operate a world-class Global Procurement Organisation, sharing common processes and methodologies, building trust with internal stakeholders and generating solid results through negotiations and cooperation with Suppliers.

The SEA Digital Procurement Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting the creation of a best-in-class procurement organization using state-of-the-art tools in order to revolutionize the procurement function and fully support procurement organizational change in the _South East Asia _(SEA) cluster. Working together with the rest of the APAC HUB Digital Procurement team, this person will have to implement innovative solutions across the SEA cluster and master transversal management skills in order to plan, organize and lead the project while delegating the necessary tasks at country level.

**Missions and Responsibilities**
The SEA Digital Procurement Project Manager belongs to the Procurement PMRT (Process, Methods, Referentials & Tools) team and connects on a daily basis with members in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines. This person reports operationally to the APAC Digital Procurement Project Manager and functionally to the SEA PMRT Manager. His / Her main missions will be:

- Implementation of Digital tools in the SEA cluster, with a strong focus on the new _Digital Procurement Solution_ (DPS), which includes Source to Contract, Supplier Relationship Management, and Analytics (Spend, Savings) activities.
- Report the project progress, main risks and blocking points to all relevant stakeholders in the SEA cluster. Proactively find, implement alternative solutions whenever necessary.
- Analyze and standardize the countries processes to design the core model of the new system.
- Design and track tool adoption and performance KPIs (key performance indicators) to follow the implementation and progress of the countries.
- Liaise with the Group, Hub, Cluster and countries Procurement team as well as other functions such as, Finance, shared services and IT and, when required, external providers, to implement or improve tools and processes.
- Support the Group and Procurement digital roadmap by bringing his knowledge and experience of procurement functions and processes and using his innovative mindset to generate groundbreaking ideas that will help to smooth out project implementation.

**Decision Making Authority***
- Coordination role in SEA cluster, orchestrating project encompassing several functions and geographies
- Consulted by Hub and Country manager and procurement teams across SEA for questions on governance and processes on the digital roadmap.
- Work together with other team members located in Asia Pacific, notably in Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Singapore and Shanghai but also local procurement teams in all APAC countries.
- Direct communication with Procurement and Finance directors of Country and Cluster as well as shared service center and business partners.

**Competencies and Profile**
- Educated to degree level (Bachelor, Master)
- 4~5 years + of work experience in project management, preferably in a purchasing department or IT department or in transformation projects.
- Motivated by transformational projects and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, target oriented and assertive personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders.
- Ability to influence others - must be able to inform, convince and persuade others to action on key initiatives.
- Fluency in English. Mandarin and other Asian languages are a plus.
- Proficient user of excel and powerpoint (and their equivalents google spreadsheet and google slides) to perform analysis and present their findings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Change Management experience especially with approach adapted to the audience
- Natural interest in technology and curious mindset appreciated
