To source for competitive suppliers for purchases and negotiation of pricing.
- Responsible for order processing and follow up on delivery.
- To report on monthly purchasing status to management for budgeting purposes.
- Manage and review suppliers’ performance based on quality, delivery performance, cost and allocation.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with Vendors.
- Perform cost reduction initiatives.
- Propose supplier cost and allocation.
- Any other task assigned by Management as and when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM or Diploma in any disciplines or equivalent.
- General computer and word processing knowledge.
- Customer service oriented, positive and engaging attitude.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to manage priorities, ready to multi-task and ability to work independently without continuous direction or supervision.
- Willing to work 5 1/2 days per week.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
