Finance Manager

**Finance**:
- Lead the accounts and finance department in all aspects in corporate, financial and accounting functions including accounting, treasury, cash management, budgetary, tax planning, internal control and statutory matters for the company.
- Responsible for accounting operations and functions.
- Responsible for financial, statutory and regulatory reporting.
- Implement and review accounting processes, system and control.
- Manage forecasting, budgetary planning and budgetary controls.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with approved accounting standards, taxation regulations and other statutory requirements, particularly for entity established under Capital Market Services Act 2007.
- Provide timely report to the Management on the status of the financial position and operational results.
- Oversee procurement processes.
- Liaise and coordinate with the external auditors in all accounting matters including audit matter.
- Liaise and coordinate with the internal auditors in all internal audit and internal control matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with Company Secretary on company secretarial matter and for all Board matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with the tax agent in all taxation matters including taxation planning.
- Manage, supervise and provide guidance to finance and accounts department staff.
- Handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management.
**HR & Admin**:
- Leads full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention and industrial relations.
- Develops and implements effective human resource strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organizational strategic, aligning human resource objectives with organizational objectives.
- Develops and implements all Human Resource policies and processes to ensure that all Human Resource policies and processes are in line with organizational strategies. Ensure compliances with Human Resource laws and regulations by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
- Oversees all events under Human Resource purview.
- Handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management.
**Merits**:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or other equivalent qualifications.
- At least 6-8 years of working experience in accounts and finance.
- Experience in handling overall financial functions, e.g. financial reporting, tax, budget, etc. Well verse in handling external auditors and familiar with local public listed company accounting practices.
- Self-driven, resourceful, meticulous and analytical.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia - both written and spoken. Strong leadership and ability to lead by example.
- Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law and prevailing Human Resource practices.
- Meticulous and able to work independently.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate effective time management skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and pro-active.
**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
