Site Admin Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Site Admin for data collection.
- Compile and provide regular updates on project progress based on the input received.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of daily site attendance.
- Track project expenditure, including machinery costs, labour expenses, wages, utility bills, and materials.
- Other Administrative duties required from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in the construction industry with secretarial exposure.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project Management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
