Job Description:

- Developing and maintaining web-based
- Perform functional test to ensure applicant is ccompliant and ready for user training.
- Prepare system implementation plans.
- Prepare system and project related documentations (functional specifications, test script, UML diagrams, etc.).
- Trains users in implementation of systems.
- Provide technical support for users of systems.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience.
- Required skill(s): PHP, HTML5, CSS3, REST API, JSON, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, SQL Server.
- Preferred skill(s): ASP.NET, C#
- Experience with Codelgniter, Bootstrap, MVC architecture.
- Experience administering IIS, Apache and SQL Server.
- Excellent testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communicaion and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge on web independently, as well as in team environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
