- Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing in compliance with GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP.
- Handling customer, JAKIM, MOH and other government department authority
- Prepare export documents in respective to exporting country regulations.
- Ensure compliance with product-related regulations, including but not limited to ingredients, labelling, claims, product registration, packaging and export challenges.
- Responsible for R&D Planner and collaborating with the Marketing team for product development and launching.
- Perform analytical tests, inspections, and monitoring of incoming raw materials/packaging and finished goods for specification compliance.
- Conduct internal relevant training including Halal and Food Safety & Quality training.
- Conduct regular checking, calibrating, and proper handling on all test and measuring equipment.
- Ensure and maintain hygiene standards of food handlers and the plant premises.
- Investigate and assist in customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Assist in product evaluation, shelf-life monitoring, batch sampling and computing results.

**Requirement**
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
- Prior experience in food manufacturing environment
- Experienced and knowledgeable on Halal matters, certified Halal Executive as an added advantage
- Flexible, positive attitude and adaptable to changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision and good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
