**Responsibilities**:

- To manage and handle documented information related to the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist the QMR in coordinating and conducting internal and external audits.
- To ensure the organization's compliance with the ISO/AS, regulations & standards as well as company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
- Creates and maintains quality system files and databases to ensure information is accessible and accurate.
- Monitors the filling of the document control activities.
- To provide support in reviewing QA documentation including procedures, method statements and work instructions to suite project needs.
- To prepare necessary reports and ensure that all quality records are provided, properly kept and compiled for archiving and / or submission.
- To provide any related documentation submission as per client’s request.
- To ensure proper document classification, sorting, and filing management system.
- To maintain and control revision of product documents/drawing for both hardcopy and softcopy regularly.
- Ensure all received and sent documents are well documented and tracked.
- To highlight timely the non-conformances to the process and procedures and ensure proper rectification works have been implemented.
- To conduct regular QA/QC inspection / audit based on ISO 9001:2015 standard and requirements. Ensure that all checklists are properly accomplished and signed off.
- To take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

**Accountability**
- Responsible for overall management of all controlled documents and records to ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015
- To obtain approval from authorized personnel for all document and revision changes.
- To communicate all documentation changes to related personnel.
- To ensure proper circulation of controlled documents to relevant personnel.
- To ensure obsolete documents are removed from distribution.
- To ensure timely update and distribution is done for all documentation changes.
- To ensure Job Description of all employees are updated accordingly.
- To ensure that the shared drive is maintained and updated at all times.

**Authority**
- To update and publish documents on timely manner.
- To issue and circulate latest revision of controlled documents to related personnel/department.
- To assign document control number for all controlled documents and records.

**Competency required**
- Degree in any field; fresh graduate or 1-2 year’s experience in the Quality Management System (QMS)/Documentation Control.; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge in ISO9001 standards.
- Experience in auditing and knowledge in mechanical engineering field will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Organized, attentive to details and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadline.
