**Responsibilities**:

- Create and process sales order into the system;
- Perform data entry duties regards to sales figure, sku, pricing etc.;
- To coordinate or follow up with operation and respective department regards to customer's sample and delivery;
- Maintain and organized the file system for administration and sales;
- To assist in quotation/RFQ and FA or samples submission to customers;
- Follow up or update customers on the phone for sales administrative purpose.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good teamwork;
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Flexible to different task;
- Minimum 1 years experience in similar position/industry
- Ability to friendly, polite and work under pressure;
- Confidence in giving information and advice;
- Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel & Power Point;
- Able to write and communicate in **Mandarin**, English & Bahasa Malaysia;
