- 與各部門合作,了解他們的採購需求和要求。
- 研究並確定潛在供應商,獲取報價,並談判有利的條款和條件。
- 準備採購訂單,確保準確性並遵守公司政策和預算限制。
- 審查和比較供應商提案,評估價格、品質和交貨等因素。
- 與供應商協調追蹤訂單狀態,解決任何差異,並確保及時交付貨物。
- 維護供應商、合約和採購相關資訊的集中資料庫。
- 接收並檢查傳入的貨物,驗證收到的貨物的品質和數量。
- 定期進行庫存檢查,以監控庫存水平,識別短缺或過剩,並相應更新記錄。
- 組織和維護庫存儲存區域,確保正確的標籤、清潔並遵守安全法規。
- 實施庫存控制措施,例如實施庫存週轉、發出採購申請和監控有效期。
- 與相關利害關係人合作,預測未來的庫存需求,確保維持最佳庫存水準。
- 維護採購、庫存交易和供應商合約的準確記錄。
- 準備並分發有關採購活動、庫存水準和關鍵績效指標的定期報告。
- 透過監控費用、識別成本節約機會並提出替代方案,協助預算和成本控制工作。
- 產生和分析數據以識別趨勢、優化採購流程並提出改進建議。
- 與供應商建立並維持牢固的關係,促進有效的溝通並解決任何問題或爭議
- 定期進行供應商績效評估,評估品質、交付和回應能力等因素。
- 與供應商合作協商定價、條款和合約續約,確保達成對組織有利的協議。
- 隨時了解市場趨勢、產業發展以及供應商提供的新產品。
