a. To assist Reservations Manager with the rooms forecasting.
b. To check the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes performed by the Team.
c. To lead Reservations Team in the absence of the Reservation Team and to ensure their tasks are carried out efficiently.
d. To assist Reservations Manager in training, scheduling, counselling, motivating and coaching Reservation Team.
e. To work closely with other department especially Front Office and Sales department on request of bookings or special arrangement from guests or group.
f. To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process, to understand room inventory control and proficient in operating the hotel system.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
