Event Planner Admin

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized In-House Event Planner cum Admin to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing various corporate events while also providing administrative support to our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for event planning and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and company parties.
- Identify suitable event venues and negotiate contracts with vendors, including catering services, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Oversee logístical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
- Ensure smooth execution of events by supervising setup, managing guest registration, and addressing any issues that arise during events.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
