**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure safe and on-time delivery to customers locations.
- To ensure all goods are loaded in an orderly and safely manner.
- To ensure all documents are stamped, signed and returned to customer service section orderly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, DO and invoices.
- Efficiently load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
- Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
- Adapt to changes in schedules and unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide professional and courteous service during interactions with company staff and customer.
- To execute any assignment /instruction given by management
- Job responsibilities include general works and assisting production activities when there is a need arise.
- To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time.
- If there is no delivery, must assist in general work as per directed by superior.
- Ensure compliance with regulations by possessing a valid Malaysian E License for lorry operation and a Vocational GDL - E License for lorries.
- Conduct routine checks on the lorry and report any issues promptly.
- Assist in resolving any delivery-related issues or concerns.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job, including safe driving practices.
- Maintain physical fitness for tasks such as loading and unloading.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during transportation.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM / PMR or equvalent
- **Malaysian ONLY**:

- **Strictly No Criminal or BlackListed Record**:

- **Age below 40 years old**:

- **Possess Class E / GDL License**:

- **Lorry Driver for 5- 10 tonne**:

- Minimum 2 years working experiences around Klang Valley area preferred.
- Must be familiar with the route around Klang Valley area.

- Memastikan penghantaran selamat dan tepat pada masa ke lokasi pelanggan.
- Memastikan semua barang dimuatkan dengan teratur dan selamat.
- Memastikan semua dokumen dicop, ditandatangani dan dikembalikan ke bahagian perkhidmatan pelanggan dengan teratur.
- Mengekalkan rekod penghantaran yang tepat, termasuk resit, DO dan invois.
- Memuat dan memunggah barang dengan cekap, memastikan pengendalian yang betul dan penempatan yang selamat.
- Rancang dan laksanakan laluan penghantaran untuk memastikan pengedaran tepat pada masanya dan kos efektif.
- Menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan dalam jadual dan keadaan yang tidak dijangka.
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan profesional dan sopan semasa interaksi dengan kakitangan syarikat dan pelanggan.
- Melaksanakan sebarang tugasan / arahan yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan.
- Tanggungjawab kerja termasuk kerja am dan membantu aktiviti pengeluaran apabila ada keperluan.
- Menjalankan apa-apa kerja berkaitan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan dari semasa ke semasa.

- Membantu dalam menyelesaikan sebarang isu atau kebimbangan berkaitan penghantaran.
- Utamakan keselamatan dalam semua aspek pekerjaan, termasuk amalan pemanduan yang selamat.
- Mengekalkan kecergasan fizikal untuk tugas seperti memuat dan memunggah.
- Selesaikan masalah dan selesaikan sebarang isu yang mungkin timbul semasa pengangkutan.
- Urus masa dengan berkesan untuk memenuhi jadual penghantaran.
