HR and Admin Assistant

Full responsible for Admin jobs and handle Factory's Workers:
- Check worker's attendance & prepare payroll (monthly basic)
- Renew Foreign worker's Passport, Permit, Insurance, Fomema
- Arranging flight ticket for workers
- Arranging Runner / Despatch
- Key in all the general expenses into SQL system before account closing (Electricity, Water, Maxis, TM, TNG, Petronas and etc)
- Prepare payment for all general expenses billing
- Renew license, road tax & insurance
- Prepare staffs claim and incentive report
- Ordering office supplies
- Typing up letters
- Packing order and arrange to Courier Centre
**Job Requirement**
- At least 2years working experience in the manufacturing field
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well with others
- Highly dedicated, good interpersonal/communication skill, responsible and team-focused
- Required Skill(s): Ms Office, SQL accounting system
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
