Accounts Executive

1. To prepare reconciliation of cash and cheque collected for the day against Daily Receipt Journal Report after collection by Finance Department ;
2. To match and verify sales proceed cheques, contra cheques and refund cheques against Daily Payment Journal Report ;
3. To handle reversal of sales, contra and refund cheques ;
4. To key in Debit and Credit Note into EO system ;
5. To process set-off in EO System ;
6. To attend to enquiries on payment / receipt ;
7. To maintain proper filling system for report and etc ;
8. To prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliation for Client Trust and Operating Accounts ;
9. To key in inter branch journal entry into Accounting system ;
10. PM Nominees (Foreign) & (Local) Sdn Bhd
- To prepare daily payment/ receipt
- Compute and placement on surplus of funds
- Prepare journal/ management accounts
- To prepare bank reconciliation
- To prepare client monthly statement
- To handle tax and audit matters

11. To perform other duties as maybe directed by Management from time to time ;
12. To observe and comply with:

- i) the Information Technology Security Policy and Information Technology Standards ;
ii) the Internal Policies and Procedural Manuals / BMD / Bursa Malaysia / SC / CMSA Rules and Regulations at all times.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
