关于职位:
作为一名总务文员,你将负责记账、使用SQL进行数据输入、处理员工工资、安排付款、开具发票、管理采购订单和文件处理。此外,你将作为餐厅经理与CEO之间的联络人,确保审批流程顺畅,维护准确的财务记录、数据完整性、工资处理以及有效的沟通。
主要职责:
记账
- 维护准确的财务记录:通过跟踪公司所有交易,确保记录最新且井井有条。
- 将数据输入SQL会计系统。
人力资源
- 工资处理和HR任务:协助公司工资的处理,包括计算工资、扣除税款以及确保员工及时准确地收到工资。
财务交易
- 处理付款:安排和处理公司的付款,确保及时准确地处理以避免业务运营中断。
发票和采购订单
- 准备和开具发票:为公司提供的商品或服务准备和开具发票。
- 管理采购订单:负责管理采购订单(POs)。
联络职责
- 作为联络点:成为餐厅经理寻求CEO批准的中央联络点,促进沟通并确保请求得到妥善记录。
要求:
- 最低学历为SPM或同等学历。
- 证明有使用SQL会计系统的经验。
- 有类似行政岗位的工作经验。
- 熟练使用MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)及其他相关软件。
- 能流利讲写普通话,因为需要与中国客户打交道。
技能和能力:
- 注重细节:确保数据输入、财务交易和文件管理的准确性。
- 组织能力:能够管理多项任务,保持记录有序并有效地优先处理工作负荷。
- 沟通能力:拥有与同事、客户和外部合作伙伴进行互动的强大口头和书面沟通能力。
- 时间管理:能够有效管理时间,优先处理任务并按时完成。
- 信息技术素养:能够使用Microsoft软件和其他授权产品的中级功能高效完成工作。

- 有行政工作经验者优先。
