**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and order supplies as necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members and executives.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, setting up workstations, and conducting orientations.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases in a systematic and secure manner.
- Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
