Sales Administrator

Facilitate the smooth operation of the sales process
- Assist the Sales team in preparing and sending proposals or quotations after confirming details with the Directors
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Issue sales transaction invoices
- Ensure timely preparation and issuance of Banquet Event Orders to Catering department
- Ensure accuracy by verifying orders, including customers' personal information, package details, and payment details
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Responsible for recording customers’ feedback after every event in feedback form
- Coordinate and channel customer feedbacks to relevant departments
- Manage and file important sales documents, contracts and customers’ contact
- Maintain payment listing of suppliers & catering sales tracker
- Review and analyze invoices addressed to the Catering department to assess profitability
- Compile monthly sales reports.
- Identify new products/services to expand the current offerings to customers.
- Assisting catering team to place orders with suppliers.
- Support the Catering department with administrative tasks as needed.
