**Join Our Team as a Sales Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage clerical work, including document management and data entry.
- Provide support to the sales account manager, assisting in daily tasks and projects.
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain costing sheets to facilitate efficient pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales handover documents to ensure a seamless transition from sales to the operations team.
- Assist in tender processes by organizing and compiling necessary documentation.
- Manage ISO-related tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Maintain a systematic filing arrangement for all sales-related documents and records.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of preparing quotations and costing sheets.
- Familiarity with tender processes and ISO management.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
