Sales Administrator

**ROLES**
**1. Sales Administration and Telesales**
- Respond to all online enquiries and ensure these are assigned out or followed through until closure.
- Responsible for ensuring that all sales reporting is compiled and produced in a timely manner eg weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Prospect for new leads.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks as may be required.
**2. Marketing (for sales lead generation & branding)**
- Assist relevant persons in chare to develop marketing campaigns, proof-reading etc to promote products and services at the Group Level.
- Monitoring campaigns on social media, SEO, SEM, etc.
- Responsible for managing group Facebook.
**3. Exco Support**
- Support Exco on any other administrative task as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Minimum SPM pass / Diploma.
- Possess own transport (car) and valid driving license.
- Read, write, and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Admin or Sales Admin. Past experience in the same industry is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, Initiated, good time management, Integrity, and Good interpersonal communication.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
