Business Administration Intern

Serves customers through various channels and platforms by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Must maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Support recruitment to collect the newly hired employee details
- Attracts potential customers by responding promptly to customer inquiries on product and/or service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide documentation support to additional business modules and complete the task within the time frame to minimize disruption of business operations
- Other ad hoc tasks are assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Good in written and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work in diverse work environment, communicate effectively and build relationship inside the organization.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (word, excel & power point)
- Preferred skill(s): Good communication, interpersonal skills, endless drive to learn.
- Willing to learn
- Dedicated and committed in performing the task given
- Able to join immediately or on short notice
- Able to commit at least 3 months of internship
- Formal attire

**Salary**: RM700.00 per month
