Sales Coordinator Assistant

1. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

3. Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

5. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently and all sales-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.

7. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and company database, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

8. Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

9. Assist with receiving, unloading, counting and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.

10. Assist in generating Sales Order and Invoice and any related documents.

11. Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.

12. Pick items according to the Order form.

13. Assist with warehouse sales and company driver including working weekends where required, bump in and bump out.

14. Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

15. Any other relevant task or function assigned by your immediate superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
