**Job Responsibility**
- Group consolidation & Reporting
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly consolidation of the Group's financial and management reporting accurately and on a timely manner, including the quarterly consolidation of the Group’s financial results for announcement.
- Accurate and timely preparation of the annual consolidated financial statements and reporting packages to be submitted to the auditors and to facilitate group audit preparation and completion.
- Review the Group inter-company reconciliation on a timely basis and ensure that all reconciliation items are discharged with accurately and on a timely manner.
- Coordinator for the processing annual budgeting and business plan.
- Assist in the preparations of the Group’s annual report.
- Assist in the implementation of corporate exercises/proposals.
- Liaise with the company secretaries, auditors, tax agents, advisers and authorities on compliance & other matters.
- Group Treasury
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day cashflow for Group of Companies
- Liaising with all relevant entities regarding funding requirements
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting of cashflow forecast, forex updates & other related treasury reports
- Monitoring the Operation of loan, trade facility & repayment schedule
- Handle daily treasury operation & management matters
- Lead and drive for improvements on current business processes and treasury systems
- Support and undertaking ad-hoc matters as required from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Familiar with Bursa Listing Requirements and MFRS are an added advantage.
- Independent, good problem solver and committed to meet deadline.
- Possess good computer skills & proficient in MS Office Tools, which are necessary for the financial consolidation and reporting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Achievement driven and results oriented.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
