**About PROTEUS**:
**Position Summary**:
The Sales and Solution Consultant at PROTEUS will be instrumental in driving our business growth by developing strong client relationships and delivering tailored digital solutions. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and a solid understanding of technology to identify client needs and propose effective solutions. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial engagement to the successful implementation of solutions, ensuring their business objectives are met.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate and build relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of PROTEUS's digital solutions, effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
- Create customized proposals and presentations that meet the specific requirements of clients, highlighting how our solutions can address their challenges.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions with client expectations.
- Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the management team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
- Engage in networking and industry events to promote PROTEUS and generate new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Malaysia citizen/Malaysia Permanent Resident
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector, with a strong understanding of digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset, able to identify and articulate solution benefits to clients.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously when required.
- Genuine interest in technology and staying updated on industry developments.
