Job description
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
- Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
- Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
- Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
- Updating all records of purchased products.
- Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
- Liaise with supplier for all matters (product defect, claims, complaint and delivery shortage).
- Responsible for creating sales order, lead-tracking, sourcing, purchasing and ensuring all shipments are delivered per schedule.
- Assist in additional task that assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Computer Skill Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, can work under pressure and ability to work multitask and prioritize work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
