**What will you do?**

**(1) Administrative Responsibilities**
- **Forecasting and Budgeting**:Prepare annual forecasts and budgets for the school's financial planning.
- **Education Manpower Management**:Oversee the interview and hiring process for school personnel, ensuring quality recruitment.
- **SOP, Policies, and Regulations**:Review, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures, school policies, and regulations.
- **Learning Goals and Performance**:Set learning goals for students and teachers and monitor their progress.
- Monitor and report on teacher performance to maintain educational quality.
- **Day-to-Day Operations**:Oversee daily school operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- **Emergency Handling**:Manage emergencies and school crises with effective planning and coordination.
- **Events and Assemblies**:Organize school events, assemblies, and activities to enrich the school experience.
- **Environment and Safety**:Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for students and staff by implementing relevant rules.

**(2) Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing and Branding**:Develop marketing strategies and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to enhance the school's reputation and branding.
- **Performance Reporting**:Present school performance data to the Board of Governance to ensure transparency and accountability.
- **Educational Trends**:Stay updated on current educational trends by attending conferences and researching new resources and techniques.
- **Teacher Development**:Provide guidance, counseling, and training (Continuing Professional Development) to improve teacher competencies.
- **Institutional Success**:Develop and track benchmarks to measure the school's success and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with ICGSE education system
- Experiences in international school or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Principal and Vice Principal in local school are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM20000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
