**Responsibilities**:

- **Admin Tasks**_
- Coordinate office/ school activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy
- Supervise generally/staff’s attendance, daily operation to ensure performance are meet
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Create and update records and databases of company, staff, financial and parents’/ children’s data
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Maintain office and school supplies and inventories
- Submit and prepare timely reports, logs or proposals as assigned
- Manage and track internal and external Invoices/ Receipts/ Claims/ Licenses/ Agreements
- Assist HR in managing interview appointments/ newly hire employees
- Handle school phone calls and correspondences
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- **Business Development Tasks**_
- Coordinate office/school activities and operations including social media accounts’ content preparations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Promote the profile of the Kindergarten as a whole to external audiences through school/ company’s Social Media Platforms
- Attend to parent enquiry on WhatsApp/messaging/enrolment calls
- Front office duties such as engaging with walk-in parents, attending to feedback, handling complaints and other enquiries
- Conduct on-site-tour for potential parents
- Education guidance for families
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for Kindergarten services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- To perform other duties as assigned by the superior or the Management from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
