**Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations - APAC**

As the Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations - APAC, you will play a pivotal role in aligning strategic objectives with operational efficiency. This position demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing strategies while optimizing day-to-day operations to achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve business objectives in the APAC region.
- Lead the optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
- Oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on strategy and operational metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk management, and revenue enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, driving both strategy and operations in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of achieving business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in optimizing operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
