**ADMIN**:

- Performs office administration and management work for immediate supervisors.
- Typing and preparing official documents.
- Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
- Ensure the business premises are in a good, safe and clean.
- Responsible for the maintenance and security of business premises.
- **FINANCE**:

- Management of records finances and files.
- Monitoring and projecting staff needs.
- Prepare relevant monthly reports and required or directed by management.
- Familiar with basic accounting principles.
- Managing account receivables functions includes recording, processing invoices, send out invoices and reconciling debtors accounts.
- Ensure the AR data captured into accounting system accurately.
- Process credit card payment, cash deposits payment from Retail & Online sales.
- Bank accounts reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing and monthly financial reports and yearly audit as requested.
- Provide administrative support from time to time.
- Work closely with other departments to provide accounting advice. Any other Finance, Accounting or Admin tasks/project assigned. Assist in implementing recruitment activities such as advertising, screening applicants, interview arrangement, employment notification.
- **HR**:

- To assist in employee’s attendance, overtime and leave record timely and accurately in system.
- Assist on HR Orientation sessions with all new hires during the orientation program Preparing incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal memo.Greets and directs clients and visitors.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
