As our Administrative Assistant, you will field phone calls, prepare and distribute memos, process invoices, order supplies, establish and maintain department files and logs, make travel arrangements, and schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.

To join our team in this role, you must have 2-3 years of administrative experience. The ability to read and follow instructions, write routine reports/correspondence and present information in one-on-one situations to customers and Associates is required. Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, data entry and filing are essential, along with the ability to operate office equipment, including binding and fax machines.
