1. Accounting Support:

- Assist in data entry, coding, and processing of financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial accounts.
- Help with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

2. Administrative Support:

- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Help with organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications.
- Support in arranging travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, if required.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SQL accounting software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
