**This is a 12 months contract position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure invoices received on daily basis is being processed on time
- Liaise with counterparts on problematic invoices
- Perform intercompany reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Support Accounts Payable Month End Close activities
- Involve in performing testing for Global Project for Accounts Payable
- Involve in Accounts Payable’s process improvement

- Identify improvement opportunities on existing conditions and processes.
- Identify and understand issues and problems and provide good decision making.
- Take prompt action to accomplish objectives.
- Work effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and background.
- Good planning and organizing attributes to ensure work is completed efficiently

**Education/Experience**:

- Degree/Diploma in Accounting and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting
- 0-2 years experience in related field.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage
