Sales Support Executive

Work closely with our External Sales Team for efficient management of order administration and flow to customers. You will be involved in sales activities in various stages, actively contributing to the achievement of Company's sales target. Work with Sales Executive from quotation stage to booking of order in system
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting and coordinating sales activities and maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers.
The responsibilities include supporting and assisting front office Sales Team by promptly handling customer’s enquiries, order processing, preparing sales reports, liaising with customers and the internal department to ensure timely execution of orders.
**What are you going to do?**
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with Operation department to expedite smooth and on time delivery.
- Provide solutions for non-complex problems and only escalating complex problems to superior.
- Ensure accuracy in quotation preparation, order processing and proper documentation flow to meet quotations deadline.
- Maintain proper filing system for easy retrieval.
- ** Who are you?**
- Diploma in Business or Engineering. Bachelor Degree is preferred.
- Experience in similar or related industry will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy, highly proficient in Ms Excel
- Carries out administrative duties with attention to detail, professional in communication and negotiation skills, pro-active, commercial, confident, problem solving and result oriented
- Team player with flexible working approach, open-minded thinking and entrepreneur mindset
- Able to work with multinational customers/ suppliers etc
- Experienced sales coordinator in piping materials (min 3 years)
