**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Junior Personal Fitness Trainer. As a Junior Trainer, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in achieving their fitness goals, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our senior trainers and gain valuable hands-on experience while delivering personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' needs and abilities.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Assessment: Assist senior trainers in conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, health history, and specific goals.

Fitness Program Development: Collaborate with senior trainers to design and customize workout plans based on individual needs and objectives, taking into consideration any limitations or medical conditions.

Training Sessions: Conduct one-on-one or small group training sessions under the supervision of senior trainers, ensuring clients follow correct exercise techniques and safety protocols.

Client Motivation: Support and motivate clients throughout their fitness journey, providing positive reinforcement and encouragement to help them stay committed to their goals.

Progress Tracking: Assist in monitoring clients' progress, recording measurements, and keeping detailed notes to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Nutrition Guidance: Learn to provide basic nutrition advice and meal planning recommendations to complement clients' workouts and promote overall well-being.

Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized workout environment, ensuring all fitness equipment is in proper working condition and ready for use.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, training techniques, and industry advancements through workshops, seminars, and online resources.

Customer Service: Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly while fostering a positive training experience.

Safety and First Aid: Familiarize yourself with safety procedures and first aid techniques, ensuring a secure training environment for clients.

**Qualifications**:
Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Certification in personal training or fitness-related courses is a plus, but not mandatory.

Fitness Enthusiast: A genuine passion for fitness, health, and wellness is essential, coupled with a desire to help others achieve their fitness objectives.

Physical Fitness: Demonstrated physical fitness and ability to perform various exercises and movements as required in a training setting.

Effective Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to evolving training techniques and client needs.

Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with senior trainers and other team members to create a supportive training environment.

**Remuneration**:
The remuneration package for the Junior Personal Fitness Trainer includes the following components:
Basic Salary: A competitive base salary will be provided as a fixed component of your remuneration.

Commissions: You will be eligible for commission-based incentives based on the number of clients you serve and the training packages you offer.

Performance Bonus: An additional performance-based bonus will be awarded for achieving individual and team performance targets.

Yearly Bonus: You will be entitled to a yearly bonus based on your overall performance, dedication, and contribution to the success of the fitness center.

Note: This is a junior-level position designed to provide learning opportunities and practical experience in the field of personal fitness training. As a Junior Personal Fitness Trainer, you will receive guidance and mentorship from senior trainers to further develop your skills and expertise.

**Salary**: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
