**Responsibilities**:
Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner. Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances. Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters. Assist in audit and tax preparation.
- Responsible on Account receivable and Account payable
- Posting and verify accuracy of all accounting transactions in Accounting System
- Communicate with project & function team associated with any procurement and invoices problems.
- Responsible on Project registration, work order & payment certificate to related party
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
- Responsible for monthly and year end closing accounts
- Responsible to monitoring project performance bond, authorised deposit, project completion status, profit & loss & retention repayment
- Responsible for monitoring on client payment on time
- Maintain fixed assets, records and controls
- Liaise with secretarial, Auditor and tax agent for company matter
- Required to prepare reports and ad-hoc assignment given by superior from time to time
- Assist in supervision of all related accounts
**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
