Clinical Executive

To handle the health screening process for customers. To assist in day-to-day operation. To prepare customers for relevant tests or investigations. Maintain good communication with relevant departments and clinics.
- Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures
- Manage, assist & conduct relevant medical check-up tests & investigations
- Coordinate work process with Nursing Department, Imaging Department, Laboratory Department, Sales & Marketing Department, Pharmacy, Specialist Clinics, and others to ensure smooth flow of operation
- Communicate with insurance companies for authorization requests & verification
- Data entry and maintenance of customers’ database
- Support the department in administrative duties where required
- To ensure a smooth referral process between customers and partners.
- Appropriately schedules patient appointments for consultations, treatments & follow-up
- Document sorting and filing
- Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and completeness of all paperwork.
- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors
- Resolve client’s issues, complaints and inquiries effectively
- Escalate any issues or challenges to the supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Participate in Sales & Marketing Department activities
- To ensure the excellent customer experience
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager & the management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field especially health-related field
- Previous job experience in the healthcare industry will be added advantage
- Medical insurance knowledge is an advantage
- Detailed oriented
- Good customer service experience
- Ability to perform beyond clients' expectations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) will be added advantage
