Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' beauty concerns and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Perform various beauty treatments such as facials, skincare treatments, body slimming treatments, and other aesthetic beauty services.
- Utilize product knowledge to effectively demonstrate and sell skincare and beauty products to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitized.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, technologies, and product knowledge through continuous training and self-education.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized recommendations and follow-up care.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve group sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Requirements

Must-have requirement:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
- Pleasant personality and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to effectively promote and sell beauty products.

Good-to-have requirement:

- Experience in tech beauty treatment and slimming treatment
- Able to converse in Mandarin is an advantage
- 1 year experience in aesthetic beauty

Additional Information:

- Training will be provided to enhance product knowledge and treatment skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Compensation and Benefits
- Sales commission (for sales closed and amount collected) and
- treatment commission (for treatment performed)
- Overtime compensation.
- Group Sales Achievement Commission.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
