**Overview**

A Quality Executive is someone who oversees and ensures the quality of products or services. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and training. Inspecting products or services to ensure they meet standards. Identifying and resolving quality issues. Maintaining quality documentation. Liaising with other departments, such as production and sales, on quality matters.

**Responsibilities**
- To supervise and monitor the effectiveness of the quality control (QC) operation
- Handle customer complaints/returns and internal non-conforming product. Conduct investigation, determine the root cause and propose corrective action. Work with production to solve customer product issues.
- Develop and update SOP, Work Instruction, Forms and other relevant document which is necessary for QA Department.
- To liase with supplier / sub-contractor on quality issue and issue SCAR when necessary and monitor on the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken.
- Prepare First Article (FA) Report and sample for sales personnel to summit to customer and follow up on re-submission if changes required by customer.
- Assist QA Manager in preparing reports for Weekly and Monthly Production Meeting as well as other reports as required from time to time.
- Schedule and train production staff continuously on topics related to product quality.
- Implement quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.
- To coordinate necessary testing or trial production.
- To undertake any duties assigned by superior.
- Other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Prefer experience in manufacturing environment, and leadership experience.
- Able to converse in BM and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in quality Management System.
- Knowledge on interpretation of engineering drawings and drawing related software (e.g. autocad

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
