**Operations Manager - **Interior fit-out experience

We are seeking for Operations Manager specializing in Interior Fit-out for our office and factory with direct reporting to our Director. You will be the interface between project ownership and delivery. You must represent as the Client's main point of contact throughout the contract, making sure that the anticipated project goal and timeline are met. We concentrate on projects for commercial, corporate, and residential areas.
- You will support in implementing an appropriate and effective project or program management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- You will support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.
- You will manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities.
- You will manage the project budget including risk allowance, and monitor control changes/ variations.
- You will coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
- You will manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule
- You will monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance with drawing, specification and quality controls and comply with the procedure.
- Ensure all aspects of QA and QC matters, record all defects works and ensure proper documentation.
- In charge of ensuring a smooth process of supplying products to the site.
- Maintain close communications with contractors to plan and derive accurate delivery scheduling.
- Co-ordinate internally to produce product samples, sample boards, and mock-ups for clients, architects, designers and project site references.
- Responsible for general on-site technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning factory daily routines.
- Meeting customers’ expectations and demands.
- Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.
- Maintaining high standards of the production line.
- Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
- Monitoring the factory operations.
- Resolving any factory-related issues.
- Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
- Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
- Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures.
- Suggesting improvements in the strategies.
- Preparing production schedules and reports.
- Presenting the reports to the higher management.
- Providing training to the new employees.
- Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
- Maintaining a sound relationship with the employees and clients.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **5-7 years of experience as a Factory Manager - Proven experience working as a Factory Manager - **Operation, Warehouse and Logistic knowledge is **ADVANTAGES**.
- Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point & SQL System
- Good analytical and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
