Sales Manager

Control sales processes and procedures to ensure adequate sales figures.
- Motivate, lead and manage team of Sales Consultants by leading by example.
- Manage the overall operations of the branch and undertaking ad-hoc assignments from the higher authority from time to time.
**Sales Funnel Management**
Ensure the branch Sales Funnel accomplishes the following:
- Generate and capture sufficient leads in the funnel (volume)
- Convert leads along the funnel for more Sales (efficiency)
- Capture accurate customer information (transparency)
- Hold daily, weekly and/or monthly sales meetings to ensure targets are achieved with a combination of measuring, managing, monitoring and coaching.
**Sales Process**
- Monitor the Sales staffs’ daily appointments, follow ups, test drives, performance and orders versus target.
- Promote a strong customer satisfaction culture within the team to achieve the best SSI results.
- Review and address key customer complaints personally to ally their concerns and consequently close the issue to maximize customer satisfaction.
**Sales Planning**
- Oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the CRM and marketing plans/ strategy.
- Participate in corporate sales and vehicle tenders with fleet owners, government department personnel and other representatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Economics or related field.
- Min 4 years' experience in sales, preferably in automotive sales.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively at all levels.
- Sound knowledge on 3S operation and key performance measures.
- Ability to work proactively on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
